The wiki for him is literally one sentence (And also has an error in it and there isn't even a picture of him) so here's a bit more, In bullets! Because he's from the Bullet Farm! And works for the Bullet Farmer! (So thematic).

• He was a powder cooker at the Bullet Farm until he lost his arm
• He's a Bullet Boy not a War Boy so slightly less crazy because he doesn't have to deal with the Immortan (Also he's obsessed with guns, instead of cars)
• He walked out of the Bullet Farm after he was made a miner because being a miner sucks and they just work you till you die (Presumably demoted to miner because he lost his arm)
• Imprisoned for months while the Thrall Rustlers tried to sell him to the highest bidder
• One of the few people in the Wasteland who knows how to make gunpowder (He's probably the most valuable person in the game)
• Rescued by Max and taken to Jeet's where he cooks them black powder in return for food, shelter, and not living in a cage
• Seems to always be in pain from his amputated arm
• Amount of fucks given about things that aren't food or guns = 0.
• Please enjoy this glitch of him punching Mad Max in the face with a metal door.

INCENTIVE: He wants his left arm back. It's a fairly recent injury in the game so he'd also like for his stump to be healed while in Eudio so he's not leaking blood everywhere. 

FIT: Blas Cap is a pretty easy going guy and he would definitely be down for some cuddling or anything that isn't him starving or being in a cage. He's significantly more subdued than any of the War Boys and a bit reserved. He left the Bullet Farm of his own free will, and ended up with a band of Wastelanders so he has social skills and can interact with people without fighting. He lives with both men and women so that won't be weird for him. Also he lives in a place that barely has walls or doors, so if Jeet's gang is having sex (and this is the Wasteland they absolutely are) he would probably be able to see and hear them, so he knows more about sex than a regular Bullet Boy would (not that he's ever actually had sex before). 

Affection isn't really a thing in the Wasteland, but he wouldn't have any problems with that. Actually he'll be thrilled just to be around people who aren't going to kill him in his sleep. Having only one arm means that he's constantly getting picked on, and has no hope of fighting back. 

He was living in a cage for several months, and was injured and malnourished. The Thrall Rustlers are described as being cruel sadists so he'd have been tortured as well. As such he's never going to do anything to anyone against their will, he's traumatized enough by what happened to him.

He's going to think he's in Valhalla even though he thinks he doesn't deserve it because he left the Bullet Farm which is kind of like abandoning a cult. The availability of food and water is going to be such a shock that he might not ever want to leave.

"So you'll give me anything I want, if I come with you, to another world, and just be with other people?" Blas Cap shuffled his bare feet, looking around the speaker at Jeet's Stronghold. Time had stopped. There was no sound; no clinking of weapon making, no chattering, and especially no complaining from Jeet. It was pretty unsettling, but it certainly added credibility to the offer as not just the ramblings of some Wastelander who was sun-crazed and dehydrated.

Awkwardly he rubbed the bandages around the remains of his left arm. Yes, he could certainly think of something he'd like in return. Chuckling lightly he kept his eyes on the world beyond who he was talking to, "Suppose I don't got much to lose do I? Maybe even something to gain."

The things he could do if he was whole and healed. Of course he'd left the Bullet Farm, and that was a death curse. He couldn't ever go back now, even if he became the most amazing gun crafter ever known in the Wastes. But having seen outside the cult of the Bullet Farmer he wouldn't have gone back even if they'd have him. 

No, even though he thought they were doomed, the life in Jeet's Stronghold was better in many ways. He could do and say whatever he wanted for instance. They fed him because they thought he was valuable, and no one had tried to kill him yet. Some of them talked about him when they thought he couldn't hear, but he was used to that. There was food and water and weapons at the Bullet Farm, but there was also pain and death and suffering. Here there was freedom of a sorts. So long as they were willing to maintain the stronghold or had a valuable skill to offer, Jeet treated everyone as an equal and welcomed them within the walls of his lighthouse.

Sure Blas could cook up powder with one hand, work a mortar and pestle by sitting on the ground and holding the cup with his feet. But how much easier would it be with both hands? Not to mention the constant sense of being a burden and unable to take care of himself should he ever need to actually fight. He couldn't rely on Jeet forever.

"Done cheated death a coupla times too many now. Guess I need a fighting chance at my next shot." He nodded, dropping his good hand to his side. "Right-o. I'll go. You got me."

ANYTHING ELSE? Optional headcanon!

The game makes absolutely no mention of how he lost his arm, and that's bound to come up in RP. 

If possible I'd like to headcanon that he's this Bullet Boy from the Fury Road movie (the one in the gasmask on the left):


Basically this just gives a point of reference for him losing his arm. He still wouldn't know Nux or Slit or any of the wives (he would know who Furiosa is though). This guy doesn't have any lines or story in the movie (He spends all his screen time just standing there looking cool) so it would just be adding a canon point for losing his arm and no conflicting info with the Game. The tidbits this would add to his backstory are:

• Was on the Peacemaker with the Bullet Farmer while chasing Furiosa
• Lost his arm when Max did whatever he did to the tank (probably blew it up)
• Was brought back to the Bullet Farm by their scrap crew

Items! His bullet belt. His pockets are full of various bullets and powder and gun making tools. He has the pieces to make a gun, but hasn't made it yet. If he ever does actually make it he'd be more than willing to register it.
